1. Membership of Champion Aquatic Club is not transferable. The management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member on account of misconduct, default or any other reason. Termination will not entitle the member to get refund of the Membership fee, or any part there of.

2. Management reserves the right to accept/refuse the renewal of Membership and the decision of the Management in this regard shall be final. The Membership is valid from the date of issue of the card and the card must be produced at the time of entry.

3. No extension will be granted in any case to members in case of absenteeism on any grounds.

4. General: The Management shall not be liable/responsible for any loss/damage or theft to the belongings of the members.

5. Members & their guests/visitors shall enter the premises of the club at their own risk.

6. Management shall not be liable or responsible to Members, guests & visitors for any loss, damage, injury, directly or indirectly caused of arising from any consequence, or for any expenses during the visit or treatment or when parking in the club activity.

7. Smoking & consumption of liquor inside the entire Club Complex is strictly prohibited.

8. Members should park their vehicles in the PARKING AREA ONLY. PARKING IN 'NO PARKING ZONE' IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Action will be taken against the defaulters.

9. Subject to change at short notice, the Club shall remain closed on every Sunday.

10. The Management reserved the right to alter, change or substitute any of the rules & regulations, as well as revise the Membership fees & other changes at their discretion without any prior notice.

11. I further declare that I do not suffer from any health problem or any contagious disease; that I have not undergone any major operation/disease and that I am fit and able to learn swimming.

12. I am aware that there is no attendant Doctor at the Swimming Pool.

13. If an emergency occurs, I hereby allow the Club to do First Aid at my own risk and responsibility and/or take me to any doctor nearby and that the Club shall not in any way be responsible for such a decision and the treatment so given by the Club/Doctor.

14. The Members are advised to read and obey the Rules and Regulations of the Swimming Pool that are displayed separately at the Swimming Pool.

15. The Management is not responsible for any loss of life of the member or the person(s) accompanying/visitors by any cause in the club premises.

16. I have read all Rules and Regulations of the Club and I agree with them.
